Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with building systems and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-time, safe maintenance of fume hoods, pumps, reactors, and general mechanical equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance and basic HVAC and carpentry tasks across systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment, analyze performance, and support uptime optimization.
• Fabricate parts or modifications from drawings to support repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
