Job summary

Par Health is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to manage preventative maintenance within a defined window. The role involves planning PMs with designs, BOMs, and schedules, and delivering work orders to supervisors.

You will serve as the Maximo PM administrator, ensuring timely PM generation, requisitioning parts, and coordinating with Purchasing for parts and external labor. Responsibilities include documenting work, assembling job kits, and ensuring PMs are closed and archived.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering or 5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred and cross-disciplined craft in electrical/mechanical.
• Strong CMMS experience (Maximo) and preventive maintenance planning skills.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PMs, rebuilds, repairs and refits within required window.
• Plan maintenance work with designs, BOMs, scopes, and schedules.
• Act as Maximo administrator for PM system and ensure timely PM generation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for parts, tools, and external labor.
• Ensure completed PMs are closed and archived; provide metrics data.
