Job summary

Curia is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Springfield, MO to lead a 24/7 pharmaceutical facility. You will oversee maintenance and utilities, drive reliability, and ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing team.

You will partner with Engineering, EHS, Operations, Quality, and Warehouse to optimize plans, budgets, and safety. A strong background in engineering and CMMS/SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant related work experience, plus 2 years in a team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance and utilities functions for a 24/7 pharmaceutical chemical manufacturing facility.
• Develop and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team and drive performance through reviews and development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EHS, Operations, Warehouse, and Quality on maintenance decisions and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, and other regulations and maintain cGMP standards.
