Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on diversified mechanical equipment in potentially GMP-controlled environments.

You will read manuals and blueprints, inspect fire life safety systems, and document repairs, with a flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have high school diploma and experience in fire life safety, cleanroom environments, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with reading technical documentation and blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on diverse mechanical equipment
• Diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection techniques
• Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire life safety systems
• Performing carpentry work, including building and repairing structures and fixtures
• Adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and GMP
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
