Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chandler, AZ is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for the night shift to support fire life safety systems, cleanrooms, and carpentry tasks within a demanding facility.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment while upholding GMP standards and strict safety protocols. Pharamaceutical environment experience is preferred, with on-site work required and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in fire life safety systems, pharma/cleanroom environments, and carpentry.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diverse mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and visual inspection.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Inspect and repair fire life safety systems.
• Perform carpentry work including structures and fixtures.
• Follow GMP and safety protocols; maintain records of repairs and parts.
