Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support facility equipment, utilities, and warehouse systems in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures safe, reliable operation of building systems and adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment, HVAC and electrical systems, calibration support, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of GMP, GDP, OSHA, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, motors, pumps, conveyors, and building systems.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and facility drawings.
• Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Support maintenance of dock levelers, roll-up doors, conveyors, pallet handling equipment, and automated warehouse systems.
• Assist with operation and maintenance of temperature-controlled storage areas.
• Monitor facility equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and company procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure work orders, PM records, and maintenance logs are maintained in compliance with company standards.
• Participate in investigations, CAPA activities, and change control processes when required.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections.
