Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mechanical Technician to service and maintain building mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems on-site in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on HVAC controls, fire life safety, and GMP-compliant operations within sensitive environments such as clean rooms.

The technician will perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, while coordinating with contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and minimal tenant disruption.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with strong knowledge of HVAC control systems.
• Knowledge of fire life safety codes and standards.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily inspections of building mechanical and electrical systems and carry out required maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure safety, GMP compliance, and minimal tenant disruption.
• Monitor life safety systems and coordinate with contractors to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system performance and maintenance activities.
