Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Area Manager, Maintenance Facilities to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance on critical equipment, including HVAC, compressors, and forklifts, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving are essential. You will collaborate with operations and engineering to minimize downtime, document maintenance activities, and drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with business computer systems (Word, Excel, Project).
• Able to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Capable of documenting predictive/preventive maintenance charts and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of maintenance technicians in equipment, building, and safety tasks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse systems (HVAC, conveyors, forklifts).
• Maintain 5S standards and safety programs across the facility.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Utilize CMMS and data to drive process improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
