Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead a multi-shift team across a GMP peptide manufacturing facility. You will own predictive and preventive maintenance for complex equipment, including synthesizers, HPLC, lyophilizers, and associated controls.

You will ensure reliable operation of HVAC, clean utilities, water systems, and process gases while documenting data for regulatory compliance and partnering with QA/Regulatory to sustain validated equipment state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent training considered.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated environment.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and GMP equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, supervisors, and managers across multi-shift operations.
• Own predictive and preventive maintenance programs for GMP equipment including peptide synthesis and purification systems.
• Maintain and operate HVAC, clean utilities, and process gases to support manufacturing.
• Document maintenance and calibration data per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, Validation, and Regulatory to maintain documentation and change controls.
