You will lead in-field teams, execute the District Sales Plan, and drive top- and bottom-line results through strategic collaboration with cross-functional partners. You should have 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience, strong leadership, business planning, and the ability to communicate complex product and disease-state information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field.
• Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
• Proven District Manager leadership with safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and targets; maximize market and team dynamics.
• Ensure smooth collaboration in day-to-day and long-term business execution.
• Present market and franchise views while leading in-field meetings and product/disease state knowledge.
• Coach, mentor, develop team members and hold direct reports accountable.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and uphold AbbVie Ways of Working.
