Formación

• Minimum 5 years Pharmaceutical Sales with a strong track record.
• Minimum 3 years Pharmaceutical Sales management experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of market access strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Align district strategies with brand direction and develop district plans.
• Lead district sales meetings to train and implement national strategy.
• Manage recruitment, interviewing and staffing for the district.
• Coach and motivate representatives to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with promotional programs and budgets.
• Oversee CRM, BI, HR, and promotional systems training.
