Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Align district strategies with brand direction and develop, implement, and execute district and account-level plans.
• Formulate district business plans that support and reinforce the national product strategy.
• Lead periodic district sales meetings to facilitate training and drive the national product strategy.
• Contribute to annual business plans, training initiatives, and regular sales meetings.
• Maintain knowledge and management of territory-level sales targets and incentive programs.
• Coach, develop, and motivate sales reps; oversee field activity and reporting.
