Inizio Engage is seeking a District Manager to lead a nationwide team of Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives. You will recruit and develop top talent, create district strategy, and coach in-field to maximize performance.

This role requires analytical rigor and strong leadership to drive outcomes in a healthcare environment. You will oversee field teams across multiple districts, monitor data, and align resources to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-quality teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high-performing district team.
• Develop and drive district strategy to meet business goals.
• Coach field representatives in skills, product knowledge, and performance.
• Monitor analytics to optimize resources and impact on prescribing providers.
• Drive call plan adherence and execution across districts.
• Ensure the district meets or exceeds targets and goals.
• Organize training sessions, conferences, and district meetings.
• Share success stories and propagate best practices across districts.
