Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a District Manager in Los Angeles, CA and Phoenix, AZ to recruit and coach a high-performing field team. You will drive account engagement strategies, lead cross-functional collaboration with Case Managers, MSLs, and client stakeholders, and deliver on program objectives across multispecialty accounts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales leadership in pharma/biotech, with strong analytics, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence complex field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• At least 10 years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry is required.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team.
• Lead and coach representatives in product value communication and appropriate use.
• Drive account engagement strategies and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Set strategic direction for account planning and customer engagement across multiple accounts.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Case Managers, MSLs, and internal partners.
