Job summary

Inizio Engage in Dallas/Houston seeks a District Manager to lead a pharmaceutical sales district. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, execute district business plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales and 2–3 years of leadership, with CRM proficiency and strong communication skills. Travel across the district is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record recruiting, coaching, and retaining top sales talent.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the district.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Create and execute district business plans to achieve goals.
• Lead field coaching and provide timely feedback to improve skills.
