Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Recruiter – Pharmacy & Corporate Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacists, technicians, interns, and corporate staff. The role collaborates with pharmacy leadership and HR to ensure timely, compliant hiring that supports both frontline operations and corporate needs.

The position is hybrid with regular travel to pharmacy locations and recruiting events.

Qualifications

3–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy staffing.
Experience recruiting licensed professionals (pharmacists, nurses, or other clinicians).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and credentialing practices.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday).
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, interns, and pharmacy operations staff.
Source licensed pharmacy professionals through job boards, associations, schools, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Screen candidates for licensure, credentials, certifications, and compliance.
Coordinate interviews with managers and regional leadership; extend offers within guidelines.
Support high-volume hiring for store openings, seasonal needs, and turnover.
