Hisun Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director – Contract Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry to identify, pursue, and secure new API and FDF manufacturing opportunities in North and South America, building long-term client partnerships and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing, deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, and strong negotiation skills to close high‑value contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within contract manufacturing, OEM, or outsourcing.
• Experience with major international pharma companies for at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality standards.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for contract manufacturing of APIs, intermediates, and FDFs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue & profit targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and Supply Chain to align client needs with capabilities.
• Coordinate internal resources for onboarding and delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events; provide forecasts and pipeline updates.
