Job summary

Tiger Analytics in the United States seeks a Lead - Pharma Commercial Analytics to drive strategic insights from HCP and account data, Rx and claims analytics, and brand performance. You will lead client engagements, translate complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations, and mentor junior analysts.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape commercial intelligence roadmaps, and ensure data quality across managed services engagements while delivering executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
• Strong experience in US pharma commercial analytics and data interpretation.
• Expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance, segmentation and targeting.
• Hands-on experience with Rx and claims data analytics.
• Experience in root cause analysis, opportunity assessment and data validation.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with ability to generate executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analytics initiatives focused on brand performance, HCP engagement, and account-level performance.
• Develop and execute customer segmentation, targeting, and opportunity assessment strategies.
• Analyze prescription and claims data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate business performance and recommend actionable solutions.
• Manage and validate commercial data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Analyze account hierarchies and customer relationships to support commercial strategy and execution.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics to address evolving business needs and stakeholder priorities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial intelligence initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
• Support knowledge transition, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing delivery within a managed services engagement.
