Tiger Analytics is seeking a Lead Data Scientist with deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, patient-level modeling, and healthcare data science. The role involves working with US claims and RWD to build predictive models, generate insights, and optimize HCP engagement and commercial strategies.

You will lead a client-facing data science team, present analytical findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into scalable data

• Apply explainable ML techniques (e.g., SHAP) to improve model transparency.
• Analyze US healthcare claims, RWD, CRM, and promotional data for insights.
• Work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and Databricks or Snowflake.
• Lead a client-facing data science team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to brand leadership.
