Job summary

Tiger Analytics seeks a Lead Data Scientist with deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and healthcare data science. You will work on patient- and HCP-level modeling using US claims and RWD to drive predictive insights and optimize HCP engagement and commercial strategies.

The role requires leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable

Qualifications

Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
Hands-on experience with US claims and real-world data (RWD).
Expertise in patient-level and HCP-level modeling.
Experience with predictive modeling and multichannel analytics.
Experience with Python and SQL on large datasets.

Responsibilities

Develop patient- and HCP-level models.
Build predictive models and multichannel engagement analytics.
Design experiments and lift measurement for campaigns.
Apply explainable AI methods (SHAP, gradient boosting).
Analyze US healthcare claims, RWD, CRM, and promotional data.
Lead client-facing data science team and present to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
