We are looking for a Lead - Pharma Commercial Analytics with strong experience in US pharmaceutical commercial analytics and consulting. The ideal candidate will lead commercial intelligence initiatives, translate complex healthcare data into actionable business insights, and support strategic decision-making through analytics.

This role requires expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance, customer segmentation, and prescription and claims data, along with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver executive-level insights.

• Develop and execute customer segmentation, targeting, and opportunity assessment strategies.

• Analyze prescription (Rx) and claims data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.

• 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.

• Strong experience in US pharma commercial analytics and commercial data interpretation.

• Expertise in HCP and account analytics, brand performance, segmentation, and targeting.

• Hands-on experience with prescription (Rx) and claims data analytics.

• Experience in root cause analysis, opportunity assessment, and commercial data validation.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to generate executive-level insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing analytics environment.
