Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Lead Data Scientist with strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and healthcare data science. You will work with US claims and real-world data (RWD) to build predictive models, generate actionable insights, and optimize HCP engagement and commercial strategies.

The role requires leadership, client interaction, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. You will guide a data science team and translate business challenges into scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with US claims and real-world data (RWD).
• Exposure to IQVIA, Komodo Health or PurpleLab platforms.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; able to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient- and HCP-level models for identification, switching, and persistence.
• Build predictive models for next-best-action and multichannel engagement.
• Design experiments with holdout groups and lift measurements.
• Apply SHAP and gradient boosting to improve model transparency.
• Analyze US healthcare claims, RWD, CRM, and promotional data for insights.
• Work with Python, SQL, and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Lead a client-facing data science team and align delivery with business goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to brand leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
