Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Client Services Business Analyst located in Indianapolis for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence one day a week. The Analyst will lead client engagements for AccessGenius—ensuring projects meet client needs and quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business, with 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals. Benefits include health insurance, bonuses, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, ideally for a Market Access Agency.
• Working knowledge of Market Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement project plans from design to launch.
• Coordinate with internal departments for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory submissions.
• Work with Client Service Manager for client presentations and action items.
• Resolve client inquiries or route to appropriate team.

Skills

Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems

Pharmaceutical marketplace knowledge

Project Management Software knowledge

Figma or other design software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business
