Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in Indianapolis seeks a Client Services Support Analyst to support deployment of Access Genius, a market access solution for biopharma clients. You will gather requirements, test offerings, and coordinate with Engagement, BI and Applications teams to ensure client satisfaction.

You will collaborate on project plans, manage documentation, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Availability to work in Eastern Time and potentially outside standard hours.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to initiate projects and foster career growth.
• Develop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to engage clients and manage projects.
• Collect business requirements based on client input and test product offerings.
• Develop, execute, and maintain project plans; communicate progress, risks, and mitigations.
