Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong planning, execution and delivery of projects.
• Excellent client-facing interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented, analytical.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer support liaison in internal and customer workstreams from launch through steady state.
• Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings with agenda creation and follow-through.
• Produce and present timelines, project plans and updates.
• Own operational elements, identify issues, escalate when needed, and create solutions.
• Ensure accurate Syneos system updates and project documentation across teams.
• Lead indirectly by coordinating non-direct reports and achieving team goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for field/medical/engagement center teams for operational needs.
• Collaborate with customers and internal leads to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Improve processes and drive best practices and change management.
• Participate in special projects to grow within Syneos.
