Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate operations for multiple customers, build trusted relationships with customer contacts, and support account leadership as a right hand.

You will lead meetings, manage timelines and communications, ensure accurate project documentation, and seek continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare fields is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to formally plan, execute, and deliver projects.
• Excellent client-facing interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Customer support liaison in internal and customer workstreams from launch through steady state.
• Facilitate all elements of meetings including agenda creation, discussion, documentation and follow-through.
• Produce and present timelines, project plans and updates in a user-friendly format.
• Own operational elements, identify issues, escalate appropriately and drive solutions.
• Ensure accurate Syneos system updates and project documentation (including teammate tasks).
• Lead indirect leadership and manage non-direct reports to achieve team goals.
• Serve as the first contact for field/medical/engagement center teams for operational needs.
