• 7+ years in account leadership or client service in healthcare, life sciences, or communications.
• Strong client-facing presence; ability to build trust with senior leaders and partners.
• Ability to connect conversations across workstreams, needs, and opportunities.
• Strong writing, content development, and presentation skills.
• Confident in holding people accountable while maintaining productive relationships.
• Attention to detail and good judgment in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day lead and client contact across priority accounts and workstreams.
• Lead the daily rhythm of engagements, translate strategy into action, manage deliverables and timelines.
• Listen to client needs and ensure teams are prepared with clear follow-through.
• Track risks/roadblocks and escalate when senior input is needed.
• Spot growth opportunities, including new workstreams and expansion of scope.
