Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Client Services Manager in Newtown, PA. You will coordinate operational needs for multiple customers, becoming the right hand to account leadership and driving growth, retention, and renewal.

This role is client-facing, requiring strong project management and proactive collaboration with internal SMEs. The CSM will lead meetings, manage communications, ensure timely updates, and uphold process improvements while supporting field sales, Medical, and other teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects.
• Excellent client-facing interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
• High emotional intelligence, composed in challenging times.
• Knowledge of account management tools/techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer support liaison in meetings from launch to close-out.
• Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings with agendas and follow-through.
• Produce and present timelines, project plans, and workstream updates.
