• 6+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech/CMO.
• Experience managing external client projects within a CDMO/CMO environment.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulated development experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and scope.
• PMP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and scope changes.
• Monitor financials and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
