Zusammenfassung

Manchac Technologies is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support our pharmacy automation systems and assist healthcare clients. The role involves delivering frontline technical support, troubleshooting remotely, and documenting cases to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude and skills required.
Experience with pharmaceutical automation systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

Deliver frontline technical support to customers via phone and remote troubleshooting.
Respond to and resolve customer service cases efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues remotely with customers.
Maintain accurate case documentation of troubleshooting steps and communications.
Travel periodically to customer locations for equipment repairs and training.
Provide professional, responsive support throughout the service process.
