Manchac Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide frontline technical support for pharmacy automation. You will troubleshoot remotely and at customer sites, document case notes, and assist with refresher training. Some travel to customer locations is required.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, mechanical/electrical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with pharma automation experience a plus.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required.
• Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required.
• Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation.
• Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site.
• Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine.
• Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.
