Qualifications

• Experience with HIPAA/PHI and healthcare data handling.
• 1–3 years analytics experience delivering insights in a HIPAA environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and Maintain Dispensing & Operational Data: recreation, validation and maintenance of metrics from dispensing data to improve automation and quality.
• Monitor and Report Performance Metrics: build dashboards, track metrics, and support cross-source reporting.
• Deliver Actionable Insights and Operational Support: analyze with SQL/Excel and translate to actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Data Governance & Compliance: handle PHI per HIPAA and ensure data governance guidelines.
