Job summary

System One is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract role in Indianapolis, IN. You will support dispensing and operational data, and help improve automation and data quality across reporting workstreams.

This onsite position requires SQL and Excel proficiency, data governance awareness including HIPAA, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders. You will monitor performance metrics, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills in a data-driven environment.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and operational data analysis
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards including HIPAA
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Ability to support project execution related to pharmacy dispensing and operational metrics

Responsibilities

• Execute and Maintain Dispensing & Operational Data; support recreation, validation, and maintenance of operational metrics from platform usage and pharmacy fulfillment data to improve automation, accuracy, and quality
• Monitor and Report Performance Metrics; create and deploy operational dashboards for consumption within the Covered Entity; track and report performance metrics to inform stakeholders
• Deliver Actionable Insights and Operational Support; conduct analyses using SQL and Excel to measure operational performance and surface trends or opportunities
• Data Governance & Compliance; handle PHI and other sensitive data strictly per HIPAA, covered-entity policies, and established data-governance guidance
