Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, data science, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, plus at least one statistical language (Python or R).
• 1–3 years of analytics work in a HIPAA covered entity delivering CE Operations insights.
• Ability to complete required HIPAA training and handle PHI per policies.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy/claims operational data.

Responsibilities

• Support recreation, validation, and maintenance of operational metrics from platform usage and pharmacy fulfillment data.
• Ensure data availability, quality, and compliance across dispensing workstreams.
• Create and deploy operational dashboards for use within the Covered Entity.
• Track and report performance metrics for stakeholders with timely updates to reporting tools.
• Contribute to cross-source dispensing and reporting views, including filtering and grouping.
• Perform analyses using SQL and Excel to measure operational performance and identify trends or opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Support data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration for urgent operational challenges.
• Contribute to KPI and data-strategy documentation.
• Handle PHI and sensitive data per HIPAA and governance guidance.
• Maintain data separation for manufacturer vs covered-entity data.
