Job summary

Talentify seeks an IT Business Analyst in Indianapolis, with three days on-site and two days remote, to support LillyDirect’s dispensing and fulfillment analytics within a HIPAA governed environment.

You will build and monitor data metrics, create dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights while maintaining strict PHI privacy and data-governance standards. The role is an eight-month contract with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, data science, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one statistical language.
• Experience handling PHI and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain dispensing and operational data metrics to improve automation and quality.
• Monitor and report performance metrics with dashboards for stakeholders.
• Analyze data with SQL and Excel to surface trends and insights.
• Uphold data governance and PHI compliance per HIPAA requirements.
