You will lead teams of Managers and Consultants to deliver advanced analytics for pharma clients, embedding insights and guiding client strategies across engagements.

The role demands deep pharma analytics experience, cross‑functional leadership, and a track record of managing multi‑project programs with global teams.

Qualifications

• Deep pharma analytics and industry knowledge required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading complex analytics programs across multiple projects and teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions and presentations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, manage relationships, and mentor internal teams.
• Guide teams of Managers and Consultants to deliver innovative analytics solutions.
• Translate client business needs into actionable insights and strategies.
• Drive growth strategy, P&L oversight, resource planning, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment between client goals and internal delivery plans.
• Collaborate with large Fortune 500 clients and global delivery teams.
