Job summary

Fractal Analytics in New York, NY, is seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to lead strategic pharma/life sciences engagements. You will own client relationships, program delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination across analytics, data, AI, and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in enterprise client management, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programs for pharma clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing engagement/program management experience.
• Experience with large enterprise pharma/healthcare clients.
• Strong data, analytics, AI/ML, and digital program knowledge.
• Proven program management and governance capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and on/offshore teams.
• Solid skills in SOWs, budgets, and financial governance.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate complex client orgs and manage senior expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior engagement and primary client partner for Pharma programs.
• Build relationships with senior business, tech, data, and analytics stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Drive governance through client reviews, steering meetings, status reports, escalations.
• Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, budgets, utilization, and forecasting.
• Partner with delivery, data, analytics, and product teams for successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and deliver added value.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
