Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial analytics, data science consulting, or related life sciences advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing executive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead client engagements focused on pharmaceutical commercial analytics and business performance improvement.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and define analytical approaches to address key strategic questions.
• Drive discussions with senior client stakeholders and facilitate solutioning workshops, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Develop compelling insights and business narratives that drive actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Guide teams in identifying opportunities for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, segmentation, and commercial optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and analytics team members while fostering a collaborative problem-solving culture.
• Contribute to capability building, thought leadership, and best practices within the life sciences analytics practice.
