Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial analytics, data science consulting, or related life sciences advisory roles.
• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong consulting toolkit including strategic storytelling and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead client engagements focused on pharmaceutical commercial analytics and business performance improvement.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and define analytical approaches to address key strategic questions.
• Drive discussions with senior client stakeholders and facilitate workshops, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Develop insights and business narratives that drive actionable recommendations for executives.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and analytics staff to foster a collaborative problem-solving culture.
• Contribute to capability building and thought leadership within life sciences analytics practice.
