MathCo is seeking a Consulting Leader with deep pharmaceutical commercial analytics experience to partner with leading life sciences clients. You will translate business challenges into analytical frameworks, drive insight generation, and influence strategic decisions.

This highly visible role requires strong executive communication, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, mentored leadership of analytics teams, and collaboration with data science and engineering.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics solutions.
Lead client engagements focused on pharma commercial analytics and performance improvement.
Structure ambiguous problems and define analytical approaches.
Drive solutioning workshops, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering for high-quality delivery.
Develop insights and business narratives that lead to actionable recommendations.
Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building.
