Job summary

MathCo is seeking an Associate Principal to lead AI opportunities across Pharma and Life Sciences in the US. You will manage a senior client-facing portfolio, translate priorities into differentiated AI/analytics solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery in India.

This is a growth-oriented, high-visibility role requiring strong in-person client presence. You will shape opportunities from first meeting to signed SOW, build a disciplined sales pipeline, and work with

Qualifications

7–12 years in Pharma / Life Sciences consulting, analytics or related growth role.
Experience at a large consulting or analytics organization with business development or account growth.
Track record of driving revenue growth and building a sales pipeline.
Strong understanding of AI, GenAI and analytics for Pharma/business challenges.

Responsibilities

Own Pharma and Life Sciences AI opportunities end to end—from first meeting to signed SOW.
Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate priorities into opportunities.
Lead senior client conversations and connect challenges to AI/analytics solutions.
Maintain a healthy, forecasted pipeline with qualification and pursuit management.
Partner with account leaders on plans and relationship building to generate demand.
Run client meetings with agenda, storyline, pre-reads, and clear next steps.
Lead client workshops to surface opportunities and move deals forward.
