Job summary

MathCo is seeking a Consulting Leader with deep pharmaceutical commercial analytics experience to partner with top life sciences clients. You will translate business challenges into analytical frameworks, drive insight generation, and influence strategic decisions at the highest levels.

The role requires strong strategy consulting background, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead multinational client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required in a science, engineering, economics, business or analytics field.
Master's degree or MBA/PhD preferred for senior leadership.
10–14 years of pharma consulting or life sciences analytics experience.
Experience leading client engagements with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior commercial, marketing, and brand stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics-driven solutions.
Lead client engagements focused on pharmaceutical commercial analytics and performance improvement.
Structure ambiguous problems and define analytical approaches to strategic questions.
Guide workshops, business reviews, and planning sessions with executives.
Collaborate with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Develop insights and business narratives driving actionable recommendations.
Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior consultants and promote a collaborative problem-solving culture.
Contribute to capability building and thought leadership in life sciences analytics.
