Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an Alliance Manager to lead engagement with pharma/diagnostics partners, drive revenue-generating contracts, and oversee alliance health. The role requires coordinating across R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and contract compliance.

The successful candidate will manage joint steering committees, facilitate conflicts resolution, and expand account scope through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga preferred.
• CA-AM or CSAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver goals and expand account scope.
• Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts.
• Facilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess alliance health.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to align actions.
