Guardant Health is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to drive external partnerships within the Biopharma alliance management team. You will be the main contact for BioPharma customers, align internal teams with partner requirements, and manage retrospective and prospective studies including companion diagnostic programs.

Qualifikationen

• Typically bachelor’s with 12+ years (or 8+ with master’s / 5+ with PhD / 3+ with PharmD/MD)
• Advanced degree in Biology or Business (MS/PhD or MBA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years in partnerships or account management, pharma or diagnostics space

• Manage all aspects of the alliance lifecycle for assigned partners
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee contractual implementation activities between internal teams and external partners
• Administer the partnership governance structure
• Establish and lead cross-functional partnership teams
• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners and ensure clear communication
• Assess alliance health and strengthen relationships
• Advocate for partner needs and address priorities
• Identify and resolve misaligned expectations
• Escalate issues jeopardizing partnership health
• Develop understanding of partner cultures to improve collaboration
• Monitor performance against KPIs and identify value opportunities
• Develop and improve alliance management processes, tools, and best practices
