Dawar Consulting, Inc. represents a world leader in biotechnology seeking an AllianceManager to oversee strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution, and support account growth in a 100% remote role.

You will coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to ensure governance and timely deliverables, manage Joint Steering Committees, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
• Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
• Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
• Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
• Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $60/hr -$70/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Seeking an AllianceManager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drivecontract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governanceand partner engagement.
