Job summary

Guardant Health is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to lead high-impact partnerships with external BioPharma customers. You will coordinate governance, contract execution, and cross-functional delivery to ensure aligned expectations and successful outcomes.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will monitor alliance health, manage key stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand collaboration while maintaining regulatory and quality standards. Travel ~25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or 8+ with master’s / 5+ with PhD / 3+ with PharmD/MD) in biology or business.
• 5+ years in partnerships or account management in pharma/diagnostics space.
• Comfort with complex scientific concepts and corporate software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of alliance lifecycle for assigned partners.
• Coordinate contractual implementation and governance with internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional partnership teams to achieve milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor alliance health and drive value creation and process improvements.
