Qualifications

• Trains new Package Handlers in unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, smalls handling, SWAK, and non-conveyable package handling techniques.
• Provides training to other PHs in unloading, carrying, loading, palletizing, smalls handling, SWAK, or non-conveyable package handling techniques.
• Provides feedback on proper package handling techniques as needed.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peer PHs.
• Understands and demonstrates by example all necessary processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Trains other PHs on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages.
• Trains new PHs in effective unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, smalls handling, SWAK, and non-conveyable handling techniques.
• Provides feedback on proper package handling techniques as needed.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peer PHs.
