Mission Pet Health in Myrtle Beach is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our growing network of veterinary teams. You will be the first point of contact, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients with warmth, and ensuring every interaction reflects our compassionate care.

You will maintain accurate medical records, coordinate appointments, handle financial transactions, and educate pet owners on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented, able to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; weekends/holidays flexibility required.
