Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team, and ensure clear communication with clients in a welcoming environment.

You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, assist with check-in/out, manage records and invoices, schedule appointments, and help maintain a smooth, efficient operation that supports preventive care and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
