Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize productivity, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates. The role includes welcoming clients, educating them on pet health, and guiding them to use Optimum Wellness Plans.

The CSC will assist clients with documentation, process invoices, dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions, and schedule future appointments, while maintaining balance through

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route client/pet flow for efficiency.
• Maximize pet visits by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
